What you will do

• Map and redesign end-to-end creative workflows to identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Configure and implement AI platforms and automation layers within existing marketing technology stacks.
• Build prompt architectures, agent workflows, and quality control mechanisms for production-scale operations.
• Develop and deploy working proofs of concept that demonstrate clear business value.
• Establish governance frameworks for brand safety, content rights, and compliance.
• Train and enable client teams to adopt new technologies and sustainable operational models.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in creative technology, content operations, or applied AI.
• Proven track record of shipping production-ready solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience configuring creative AI tools and automation platforms.
• Working knowledge of DAM systems, CMS platforms, and orchestration frameworks.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both creative and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe ecosystem products including Firefly, GenStudio, AEM, and Workfront.
• Background in consulting, agency, or enterprise transformation environments.
• Experience embedding directly within client teams to drive operational change.
