What you will do
- Map end-to-end creative workflows to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
- Design and implement AI-powered pipelines integrated with DAM, CMS, and marketing technology ecosystems.
- Build prompt architectures, agent workflows, and quality control mechanisms for production scale.
- Develop and deploy production-ready proofs of concept that demonstrate measurable business value.
- Establish governance frameworks for brand safety, compliance, and content rights management.
- Train and enable client teams to adopt new AI-driven workflows and technologies.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in creative technology, content operations, or applied AI.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience configuring creative AI tools and automation platforms.
- Working knowledge of DAM systems, CMS platforms, content APIs, and orchestration frameworks.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with creative directors and marketing stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise content supply chain transformation.
- Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem products (Firefly, GenStudio, AEM, Workfront).
- Experience embedding directly within client teams in consulting or agency environments.
