Salary: $189,000 - $231,000 USD

What you will do
- Set the strategic direction for a portfolio of federal and state Medicaid policy and data analytics initiatives.
- Provide executive oversight across the full analytics lifecycle, ensuring methodological rigor and consistency.
- Serve as a senior strategic advisor to CMS/CMCS and state Medicaid agencies.
- Develop business development strategies, coordinate pursuit plans, and lead proposal efforts.
- Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary teams of analysts, researchers, and operational staff.
- Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings and technical conferences.
Requirements
- PhD or MA in health economics, public health, public policy, biostatistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 10–15 years of leadership experience in Medicaid policy or health data analytics.
- Proven experience serving as a Managing Director or equivalent on complex Medicaid contracts.
- Expert knowledge of Medicaid program structures, financing, and federal-state partnership requirements.
- Demonstrated success leading federal proposal development and winning bids.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (visa sponsorship not available).
Nice to have
- Deep technical expertise in T-MSIS, MAX data, encounter data, and state-level administrative data.
- Proficiency in risk adjustment, propensity scoring, difference-in-differences, and predictive modeling.
