Senior Program Director (Health)

Salary: $100,000 — $230,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead multiple programs of projects across one or more healthcare client engagements.
• Maintain direct relationships with client project owners and management leadership.
• Lead scoping and estimation exercises for new and existing business, including RFP responses.
• Coach, mentor, and manage direct reports, including hiring recommendations at the Program Director level and below.
• Manage projects against variances in profitability, burn, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies to provide continuous value to clients.

Requirements

• 15+ years of project management experience, specifically within a marketing agency working with pharmaceutical brands.
• Proven experience managing large teams of 20+ people.
• Ability to manage multiple work-streams and complex business/technical solutions under tight deadlines.
• Experience running or working with Agile teams.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY.
