What you will do
- Advance special operations projects and drive execution with delegated authority from the Vice Chair.
- Refine strategic priorities for the Development Operations vertical by synthesizing insights across initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment and convene diverse stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance operational excellence.
- Foster cohesion and maintain high standards of professionalism across a complex operational environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in programmatic leadership at a large, complex organization OR 10 years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated competencies in leadership, strategic thinking, and operations.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship or visa transfers available).
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Nice to have
- Master's degree.
- 7 years of experience in philanthropic programmatic leadership.
- Experience in fundraising within the healthcare or higher education sectors.
- Proven track record in strategic planning within large, complex organizations.
