Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in programmatic leadership at a large, complex organization OR 10 years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated competencies in leadership, strategic thinking, and operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship or visa transfers available).
• Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• 7 years of experience in philanthropic programmatic leadership.
• Experience in fundraising within the healthcare or higher education sectors.
