What you will do

  • Provide strategic and operational project leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the drug development lifecycle.
  • Drive communication with senior leaders regarding integrated program planning, timelines, risks, and issues.
  • Identify roadblocks and lead scenario planning to ensure the execution of strategic imperatives.
  • Partner with governance forums to align goals and milestones with corporate objectives.
  • Propose innovative process improvements to optimize project results and decision-making.
  • Mentor subordinate managers and high-level professionals within the PPM organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a relevant field.
  • At least 12 years of experience, including 5 years of management experience.
  • Pharmaceutical drug discovery and development expertise across multiple disciplines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of portfolio management, strategic planning, and resource management.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Boston, MA to fulfill hybrid or on-site requirements.
