Location: Must be located in the Chicago area (Hybrid: office-first with one day remote flexibility)
Salary: $150k - $160k OTE annually

What you will do
- Lead, motivate, and manage a pod of 7–10 SDRs to consistently generate high-quality sales pipeline from target accounts.
- Coach SDRs on cold calling, objection handling, and multi-channel outreach to develop top sales talent.
- Partner with RevOps and Enablement to continuously improve tools, processes, and playbooks for scalability.
- Analyze sales funnel data to forecast pipeline and ensure accountability to targets and SLAs.
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new SDRs with structured training and clear expectations.
- Translate daily SDR conversations into actionable market intelligence to inform GTM strategy and sales plays.
Requirements
- 2+ years of SDR management experience in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
- Must be located in the Chicago area.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, etc.).
- Ability to leverage AI to drive productivity, insights, and coaching.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
