What you will do

• Manage and innovate sales incentive programs aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the improvement and enhancement of commercial KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and potential financial risks.
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting to support monthly business reviews and strategic planning.
• Ensure accurate calculation and communication of incentive payouts while championing data integrity.
• Lead initiatives to consolidate and streamline S&OP of sales incentive plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
• Extensive experience in establishing KPIs and managing Sales Incentive Programs.
• Proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly learn reporting systems (Power BI, ERP/BI platforms).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Florham Park, NJ.
