Senior Operations Finance Analyst

Location: Remote - New Jersey, United States

Salary: $81,400–$122,000 annually; target compensation: $100,000

What you will do

• Partner with East Region program managers to analyze revenue, labor costs, expenses, and program budgets.
• Manage program data and conduct financial analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and reconciliations.
• Prepare budget comparisons, identify risks, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Act as a liaison between Operations and Corporate Business and Finance teams to research issues and answer questions.
• Conduct ad hoc financial reporting and recommend actions based on results.
• Support process improvements, system enhancements, process documentation, and financial measure standardization.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support is required.
• 6+ years of applicable experience in finance or business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and financial modeling.
• Ability to communicate frequently with program managers and cross-functional partners.

• Experience with ERP or financial systems.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting tools.
