What you will do

  • Lead financial integration workstreams for newly acquired businesses, including financial systems, planning, reporting, project plans, and integration budgets.
  • Partner with Business Development, M&A Finance, tax, and other functions on deal close activities, opening balance sheets, paying agents, and reporting setup.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of carve-out financial statements, P&L and balance sheet information, financial due diligence materials, and accounting advisory support for divestitures.
  • Develop stand-alone analyses, expense allocation methodologies, financial information for external users, and pricing models for Transition Services Agreements.
  • Lead global cross-functional separation plans, residual cost analytics, management presentations, and TSA billing support.
  • Manage project risks and changes while driving accountability for financial commitments and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least five years of progressive finance, accounting, or related business experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience and demonstrated interest in people management and talent development.
  • Knowledge of general finance and accounting processes, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, planning, prioritization, collaboration, and influencing skills in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence and manage complex financial projects.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree or professional certification such as an MBA, master’s degree, CMA, or CPA.
  • Experience managing or participating in a complex global project.
  • Knowledge of technical accounting, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
