Senior Associate, Finance

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid work with three days per week in the office required

Salary: $86,500–$97,000 per year in Illinois

What you will do

• Partner with Finance, Growth Marketing, Sales, and other teams to deliver strategic financial insights.
• Lead financial forecasting, reporting models, and analyses aligned with business goals.
• Explore financial data to identify trends, anomalies, performance drivers, and growth opportunities.
• Improve financial systems, reporting processes, and forecasting models through automation and process optimization.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and present complex financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or another analytical discipline.
• Advanced analytical skills and experience building complex financial analyses and forecasts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting systems such as Anaplan, plus financial systems such as NetSuite or similar.
• Must work from the Chicago office three days per week; hirify.global does not sponsor employment visas for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience optimizing financial systems and reporting processes.
