What you will do

• Partner with the CFO and global functional leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead key FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Analyze results versus plan, explain key drivers, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Support global cost management by identifying risks, opportunities, and providing clear financial recommendations.
• Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning and reporting processes to strengthen transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related finance role.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Strong systems aptitude with experience in SAP or similar ERP/planning tools.
• Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders in a global environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in Kennesaw, GA and participate in in-person interviews.
