What you will do
- Coordinate weekly client and internal meetings, including agenda preparation and summary distribution.
- Maintain and track account issues, ensuring clear ownership and timely resolution.
- Consolidate performance metrics and data from internal systems into clear, accurate reports.
- Act as a liaison between operational teams (Auth, VOB, Claims, etc.) and Account Managers.
- Manage account documentation, dashboards, and client-specific trackers.
- Draft professional communications and updates for client review.
Requirements
- 2-year college degree required.
- Experience in US healthcare, RCM, or ABA billing required.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
- Must have own computer and reliable internet connection for remote work.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM/RCM systems, dashboards, or ticketing systems.
- Experience supporting Account Managers or operations teams.
