• Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding software usage and capabilities.

• Higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education, preferably in Business Informatics or Business Administration.
• Fluent English and French communication skills are required.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Interest in IT, software, and information management.
• Must be able to work onsite in Alphen aan den Rijn as required by the hybrid policy and hiring process.
