What you will do
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies in collaboration with the EU Sales leadership.
- Manage and grow a book of independent and key accounts across Sweden.
- Identify new retail opportunities and ensure brand positioning aligns with premium standards.
- Present new product ranges to accounts and manage regular communication with buyers.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure efficient order and delivery management.
- Attend in-country trade shows and support seasonal launch conferences.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Sweden (ideally Stockholm).
- Willingness to travel within the region and to London for training and meetings.
- Proven experience as an account manager or regional sales manager.
- Strong track record of managing accounts and growing a territory strategically.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
