TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Sweden): Driving territory growth and managing independent and key accounts with an accent on strategic retail expansion and brand positioning. Location: Must be based in Sweden (ideally Stockholm), with an initial training period at the company headquarters in London.

Salary: SEK 52,000–55,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies in collaboration with the EU Sales leadership.
  • Manage and grow a book of independent and key accounts across Sweden.
  • Identify new retail opportunities and ensure brand positioning aligns with premium standards.
  • Present new product ranges to accounts and manage regular communication with buyers.
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure efficient order and delivery management.
  • Attend in-country trade shows and support seasonal launch conferences.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in Sweden (ideally Stockholm).
  • Willingness to travel within the region and to London for training and meetings.
  • Proven experience as an account manager or regional sales manager.
  • Strong track record of managing accounts and growing a territory strategically.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
