What you will do
- Develop and implement client acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth across the Scandinavian region.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-suite decision-makers at target clients to identify matching solution opportunities.
- Lead the entire sales process from early-stage discussions and pitches to final contract signature.
- Oversee proposal development, including storyboard and win theme sessions.
- Maintain pipeline quality and quantity within the CRM following the established sales process.
- Create compelling value propositions and evangelize through whitepapers, events, and seminars.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience selling complex software development services (Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Intelligent Automation).
- Must be located in Sweden or Denmark.
- Proven track record of closing high-value complex deals across various verticals such as BFSI, Igaming, and CPG.
- Significant experience in bid campaign management, opportunity qualification, and commercial solutioning.
- Expertise in consultative sales and interacting with C-Level executives to align services with business strategy.
