What you will do

  • Oversee and drive sales and remarketing performance across Nordic markets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Lead and develop the sales organization to meet and exceed defined targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with major automotive partners and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements at regional and local levels.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Tech, Product, and Finance to improve merchant experience and operational throughput.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and enforce process discipline across the region.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in sales or commercial leadership roles, ideally within automotive, e-commerce, or technology.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams across multiple countries or markets.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (Danish or Finnish is an advantage).
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to navigate fast-changing international settings.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
