TL;DR

ISV Partner Sales Associate (Snowflake): Driving revenue and pipeline growth through strategic co-selling and partnership management with Snowflake field teams. Location: Must be based in North America

Salary: $115,000 – $140,000 per year

What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Snowflake AEs, RVPs, and industry leads across Enterprise territories.
  • Source qualified introductions to the hirify.global sales team as the primary metric of the role.
  • Run joint co-sell meetings, including customer intros, deal reviews, and joint pitches.
  • Identify high-value target accounts and execute coordinated outbound motions with Snowflake field teams.
  • Attend and host in-person Snowflake events, including World Tour, Summit, and prospecting dinners.
  • Maintain a high cadence of partner syncs and joint co-sell calls to keep the ecosystem active.

Requirements

  • Must be based in North America
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, alliances, or partnerships within the B2B SaaS ecosystem.
  • Proven experience selling in or alongside the modern data and cloud ecosystem (Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, or adjacent ISVs).
  • Field-first mentality with a willingness to travel for in-person meetings and events.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales environments.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of building processes from scratch.
