What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop Network Operations and Network Automation teams.
• Set strategic direction and long-term roadmaps for network operations.
• Lead major incident response and ensure infrastructure is audit-ready and secure.
• Direct the design and implementation of robust, fault-tolerant global network solutions.
• Drive modern Network Automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and NetDevOps practices.
• Manage vendor partnerships, operational budgets, and technology procurement.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in core networking including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and VPNs.
• Hands-on experience with Checkpoint Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, and Cisco hardware.
• Strong proficiency in Network Automation using Python and Ansible.
• Experience with AWS cloud networking, Kubernetes networking, and IaC methodologies.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary technical teams in large-scale environments.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience designing end-to-end network automation pipelines.
• ITIL/ITSM exposure for enterprise operations.
• Background in hybrid cloud architecture migrations.
