What you will do

• Lead strategic network developments and technical designs for Nokia’s Element Manager (NSP) in alignment with the platform roadmap.
• Champion the security of Nokia’s NSP, including executing penetration testing and evaluating vulnerabilities.
• Manage vendor quality, holding Nokia accountable for product development and deployment strategies.
• Advise on the integration of NSP within BT’s overall IT system architecture and coordinate stakeholders.
• Identify and implement software adoption opportunities to enhance network automation.
• Mentor junior staff in technical expertise and engineering professionalism.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Nokia’s NSP platform, its architecture, and capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of system security and ability to implement measures complying with TSA requirements.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of IP/MPLS, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and network services (VPWS, VRFs).
• Ability to write and interpret programs using Python and version control via GitLab.
• English: B2+ required (implied by UK location).
