What you will do

• Deliver post-sales solution engineering activities, including design, acceptance, remote deployment, and network migration.
• Coordinate delivery activities by interfacing with Systems Engineers, Project Managers, and Technical Support teams.
• Analyze network designs to enable consistent deployment and in-service upgrades of equipment.
• Translate conceptual network designs into technical solution designs for new builds and reconfiguration projects.
• Gather and analyze customer network data to develop effective migration strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within deployment packages in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Not more than 1 year in a related discipline.
• Knowledge of Layer 0/1 optical/transmission technologies and/or Layer 2-3 networking concepts (IP protocols).
• Proficiency with scripting or DevOps tools such as Python, Java, or Ansible.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and establish best practices.
• Analytical skills to translate conceptual designs into implementation processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer service interaction in technical environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% and work during night maintenance windows (approx. 25%).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
