Analyst/Senior Treasury Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Produce and circulate daily MI covering Treasury activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Support the production of monthly ALCO packs and coordinate MI with stakeholders across the bank.
• Assist Treasury Managers with liquidity management, IRRBB, FTP reporting, and HQLA activity.
• Manage Treasury cash balances and support operational cash movements.
• Support hedge portfolio management activities, including handling margin calls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, IT, and Legal teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience working within a Treasury function in a bank, building society, or similar financial services environment.
• Strong Excel and quantitative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks and solving problems.
• Ability to build relationships confidently across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with securitisation or secured funding reporting.
• Exposure to investor relations activities.
• Proficiency with Treasury systems such as ALMIS, SQL, Tableau, or Anaplan.
• Exposure to Bank of England reporting or collateral management activities.
• Experience working within a fintech or fast-growing financial services environment.
