Salary: £30,295 – £35,271 per annum plus quarterly bonus.

What you will do

• Validate motor claims for indemnity and fraud across the mitigation team.
• Assess liability accurately using available evidence and specialist tools.
• Contact claimants and representatives to establish exposure and obtain key information.
• Identify intervention opportunities on vehicle losses to reduce overall hire duration.
• Manage a proactive diary to progress live hire cases and minimize indemnity spend.
• Apply accurate reserves in accordance with company guidelines.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK with at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa (no sponsorship available).
• Strong understanding of Insurer RTA obligations, credit hire case law, and legal procedures.
• Proven negotiation skills with a persuasive and confident communication style.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaboratively within a team.
• Successful completion of DBS and financial background checks.
