Finance Associate (AI Safety)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

What you will do

• Run the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles.
• Manage supplier invoices, receipts, and customer billing.
• Prepare supplier payments and follow up on overdue balances.
• Ensure every transaction is recorded accurately in Xero.
• Reconcile bank accounts across multi-entity and multi-currency operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in London for in-person work.
• At least part-qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, AAT) with strong double-entry bookkeeping knowledge.
• 2+ years of experience in transactional processing roles.
• Proficiency with Xero and modern finance platforms like Payhawk, Revolut, or Mercury.
• Experience using AI tools daily to optimize productivity.
• High agency, meticulous attention to detail, and high integrity.
