What you will do

  • Oversee end-to-end migration projects from legacy platforms to hirify.global tools.
  • Engage directly with customers to define migration goals and create clear project plans.
  • Develop and deliver tailored training sessions for diverse user groups.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal Product, Sales, and Post-Sales teams.
  • Support customers through go-live and early adoption phases to ensure platform value.
  • Track migration KPIs and contribute to internal reporting to improve delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in project management, customer success, or solutions consulting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-first mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • One-year fixed-term contract with potential for permanent transition.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, media monitoring, or PR tools.
  • Experience in Fashion, Lifestyle, or Beauty industries.
  • Proficiency in Italian, French, or Spanish.
