Salary: £68,000 - £88,000 + Incentive Awards

What you will do

  • Lead strategy and planning for Core banking CRM, including opportunity sizing and stakeholder alignment.
  • Execute multi-channel customer lifecycle journeys via email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
  • Translate data insights into actionable opportunities to optimize the user lifecycle.
  • Oversee always-on communications and develop effective segmentation strategies.
  • Perform campaign QA and implement a test-and-learn data-driven approach to campaign delivery.
  • Create and document streamlined processes for the wider CRM team and data analysts.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end CRM campaigns from signal and scoping to analysis and rollout.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing automated customer journeys.
  • Experience using CRM platforms for delivery, preferably Braze.
  • Professional experience in Fintech or Financial Services.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate hypotheses (Looker experience is an advantage).
  • Must be based in the UK.
