Senior Manager, Marketing AI Operations (AI): Driving the marketing team's agent and agentic-workflow strategy with an accent on building, shipping, and governing AI agents to automate high-volume marketing tasks. Focus on leading the Agent Center of Excellence, managing the MarTech and Marketing Ops team, and evolving the marketing stack into an intelligent, AI-native system.

Location: Must be based in the US (San Francisco, New York, Austin, or Remote US).

Salary: $166,000 – $260,600 USD (depending on location).

What you will do

  • Own and drive the Marketing Agent Center of Excellence strategy end-to-end.
  • Co-design and ship AI agents to automate repeatable marketing workflows.
  • Manage the ICs responsible for MarTech, Marketing Ops, and campaign management.
  • Define and govern the MarTech stack with a bias toward consolidation and AI-native tooling.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives requiring deep marketing strategy and data context.
  • Raise AI fluency across the marketing organization by separating hype from practical utility.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Proven experience building and shipping AI agents or automated workflows using LLMs.
  • Background in B2B SaaS marketing operations (Demand Gen, Lifecycle, Lead Ops).
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, data models, APIs, and light scripting.
  • Experience leading MOPs or RevOps as a strategic function.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical ICs and define direction for complex scopes.
