Salary: $26.00–$30.00 Hourly

What you will do

  • Process internal and external customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain customer accounts and resolve issues related to regulatory compliance.
  • Coach and mentor Customer Service I associates to support team goals.
  • Manage relationships with Sales and Marketing teams regarding pricing and contracts.
  • Coordinate with agencies to process international orders and navigate customs requirements.
  • Ensure all activities comply with GMP requirements and safety policies.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • 5+ years of customer service or office experience.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and freight/shipping systems.
  • Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
