What you will do

• Manage the full order processing cycle, including confirmation, technical feasibility, and compliance verification.
• Coordinate production and delivery schedules by interfacing with manufacturing, logistics, and third-party vendors.
• Provide direct support to customers regarding order status, artwork design, packaging, and quality claims.
• Assist in material procurement and inventory management, including reporting and stock monitoring.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and IT departments to ensure customer requests meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate customer order data and account information within internal systems like SAP and CRM.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Dulles, VA
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for direct customer and supplier interaction.
• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Background in order processing, planning, or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
