What you will do
- Screen, refer, and diagnose internal and external inquiries regarding computer hardware, software, printers, and network systems.
- Prepare help desk incident reports and assist in hardware and software evaluation.
- Provide technical assistance and training to users in a 2nd shift environment.
- Adapt to unexpected demands and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required due to facility clearance requirements.
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technical support.
- Ability to work 2nd shift.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
