What you will do
- Provide exceptional telephonic customer support to insureds, representatives, and healthcare providers.
- Process and document daily administrative activities for pending, open, and closed claims.
- Manage electronic files, including indexing, classification, and imaging of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Review documentation for completeness, credibility, and consistency.
- Identify process deficiencies and suggest viable solutions to improve workflow.
- Ensure all activities meet established productivity and quality metrics.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- High school degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
