What you will do
- Assist Transportation Providers with inquiries and service-related concerns.
- Manage scheduling tasks including modifications and cancellations of reservations.
- Document and investigate complaints or incidents to maintain detailed records.
- Ensure accurate entry of trip-related data and process corrections.
- Respond to provider calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Escalate unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Composure under pressure and ability to handle high call volumes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
