TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Salary: $17–$19/hr

What you will do

  • Assist Transportation Providers with inquiries and service-related concerns.
  • Manage scheduling tasks including modifications and cancellations of reservations.
  • Document and investigate complaints or incidents to maintain detailed records.
  • Ensure accurate entry of trip-related data and process corrections.
  • Respond to provider calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Escalate unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Composure under pressure and ability to handle high call volumes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
