What you will do
- Own regional sales strategy, revenue targets, and quota models, translating company goals into actionable plans.
- Lead and develop a regional sales organization, including front-line managers and individual contributors.
- Define and report on regional KPIs, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to senior leadership.
- Remain hands-on in the field by joining key deals and coaching reps through complex strategic opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to shape regional go-to-market strategies and repeatable processes.
- Manage regional headcount planning, hiring, and personnel management across the territory.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience, specifically managing managers and owning a regional number.
- 5+ years of successful B2B technology software sales experience, ideally within a SaaS or subscription model.
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling sales organizations and developing front-line leaders.
- Strong strategic and operational planning skills, including territory design and regional forecasting.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and sales analytics tooling.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
