What you will do
- Execute signal-driven outbound prospecting to identify and break into Tier-1 enterprise accounts.
- Partner directly with Enterprise and Corporate Account Executives to design targeted outbound campaigns and account strategies.
- Navigate buying committees by bridging communication between technical Champions and economic Signers like CTOs.
- Craft and deliver highly targeted, consultative outreach across phone, email, and social media channels.
- Maintain immaculate pipeline hygiene and track all activities accurately within Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets by generating qualified meetings that convert to later-stage pipeline.
Requirements
- 1.5 to 2+ years of high-performing B2B sales development experience in complex SaaS, open-source, or infrastructure tech.
- Must be authorized to work and reside in the USA.
- Proven track record of exceeding pipeline, meeting, and revenue-impact targets.
- Advanced proficiency with GTM tech stacks including Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Exceptional business acumen with the ability to discuss technical pain points with developers and business value with executives.
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate autonomously in a fully remote environment.
