TL;DR

Demand Generation Manager (B2B): Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive audience awareness and revenue growth with an accent on B2B strategy and ROI measurement. Focus on implementing go-to-market strategies, managing agency relationships, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Location: Must be based in the UK and able to travel to London or Winchester offices up to twice a week. Successful candidate must undergo UK Security Clearance and have been resident in the UK for at least five years.

Salary: Up to £55,000 plus 10% bonus.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop campaign themes and assets.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance against KPIs to optimize ROI.
  • Support product launches and promotional activities through data-driven strategies.
  • Promote brand consistency and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Evangelize social media strategy and support team engagement.

Requirements

  • Must be a UK resident for at least five years and eligible for UK Security Clearance.
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and social media trends.
  • Competency in project management principles to coordinate multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on measuring marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) principles.
  • Experience in content creation for B2B audiences.
