Logistics Coordinator - Transcon

Location: Folcroft, Pennsylvania, USA; onsite, full-time schedule from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

What you will do

• Coordinate efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of domestic air, ground, and intermodal freight.
• Consolidate and route shipments based on profitability and customer expectations.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, appointments, and shipment milestone updates.
• Monitor active shipments and maintain accurate operational data, billing, and documentation.
• Communicate with customers, service providers, and internal departments to troubleshoot issues and maintain strong relationships.
• Follow company and government regulations, meet KPI standards, and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, and customer service skills.
• Proactive approach and strong organizational abilities.
• Good computer skills and the ability to enter and manage operational data accurately.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
• Availability for the 9:00 am–6:00 pm schedule at the Folcroft, Pennsylvania location.
