Customs Entry Agent (Customs Brokerage)

What you will do

• Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow.
• Enter accurate data into the operational system and build valid customs declarations from source documents.
• Follow and communicate customs requirements to customers.
• Track and report customs files and ensure accurate client billing.
• Verify customs declaration information and assist with submissions to customs authorities.
• Maintain compliance with applicable import and export regulations and operating procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience and effective interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach with strong organizational and computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to work onsite in Romulus, Michigan, USA, on a full-time basis.
