Salary: $120,000 – $150,000

What you will do
- Define and manage the overall event strategy, including end-to-end execution of industry sponsorships and stand-alone events.
- Develop ROI-focused event strategies to maximize brand presence and generate pipeline and revenue.
- Lead all event phases: pre-event promotion, onsite logistics, and post-event lead tracking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and external agencies to align on themes and deliverables.
- Manage event budgets, tracking expenses to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Research and recommend relevant events for the annual planning process based on historical ROI.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience delivering industry and marketing events, preferably in B2B.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading multiple events from end-to-end.
- Proficiency with SFDC, event management platforms, and project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work hybrid in the Newton, MA office (3+ days per week).
