Business Development Manager, Mexico (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Mexico City

What you will do

• Drive new business acquisition by building a qualified pipeline and closing partnership deals.
• Represent hirify.global as a brand ambassador while expanding its presence in the Mexican market.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and partners to support long-term growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and present hirify.global’s products and services.
• Monitor payment industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry.
• Experience acquiring new clients and developing business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, commercial, organizational, and planning skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Mexico City.
