What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and client experience.
• Manage project proposals, contracts, budgets, and financial performance.
• Serve as the primary project contact and brand ambassador for clients and sub-consultants.
• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced project managers, engineers, and designers.
• Partner with sector leadership to support business development strategies and expand client relationships.
• Ensure deliverables meet project objectives and quality standards while proactively resolving conflicts.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
• Minimum 14 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years of project management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in project management standards and building design/construction principles.
• Proven track record of effective collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence and motivate others as a self-starter.

Nice to have

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
