What you will do

• Manage marketing campaign projects across selected focus markets and the entire marketplace.
• Improve existing operational processes and create new ones to ensure alignment with established guidelines.
• Oversee all stages of project execution and report progress to management.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Copywriting, IT, Category Management, Data Analytics, UX, and Legal teams.
• Coordinate projects related to hirify.global Plus and perform detailed post-campaign evaluations.
• Partner with Product teams to develop new features that support campaign objectives and user needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management or a similar marketing role.
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing and familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools like Jira.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Polish language skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proven ability to drive tasks independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
