What you will do
- Manage the scope, budgets, and timelines of large-scale e-commerce software development projects.
- Lead client communications for multiple development efforts and maintain project documentation.
- Assign work tasks and manage workload allocation across cross-functional global teams.
- Propose alternative technical solutions to clients through research and internal consulting.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to support team career development.
- Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in a software development environment.
- Experience in people management and leading remote or international project teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to document project requirements.
- Proven ability to translate technical language into business requirements.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Must be based in Poland.
