What you will do

  • Manage the scope, budgets, and timelines of large-scale e-commerce software development projects.
  • Lead client communications for multiple development efforts and maintain project documentation.
  • Assign work tasks and manage workload allocation across cross-functional global teams.
  • Propose alternative technical solutions to clients through research and internal consulting.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to support team career development.
  • Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in a software development environment.
  • Experience in people management and leading remote or international project teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to document project requirements.
  • Proven ability to translate technical language into business requirements.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Must be based in Poland.
