What you will do

• Distribute design and creative tasks while ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
• Review and monitor project briefs to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage the development and execution of in-house creative marketing concepts.
• Collaborate with creative and advertising agencies, including vendor selection and coordination.
• Improve cross-team collaboration processes and mitigate project delivery risks.
• Prepare performance reports and contribute to KPI planning.

Requirements

• English proficiency: B2/C1 required.
• Russian proficiency: B2/C1 required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Marketing Project Manager, Account Manager, or Traffic Manager role within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
• Proven portfolio of creative projects across digital, events, PR, video, or web design.
• Experience managing remote and distributed teams.
• Proficiency in AI tools, Jira, and Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B marketing.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
