What you will do

• Architect, prototype, and scale end-to-end AI-assisted workflows for content production and asset localization.
• Configure and maintain interactive growth funnel assembly lines using tools such as Lovable, Typeform, and ManyChat.
• Launch and optimize practical AI pipelines across CRM systems, creative generation, and messaging channels.
• Coordinate fast-moving schedules and manage operational dependencies across Copy, Design, CRM, and Growth teams.
• Audit legacy content production workflows and re-engineer manual processes into lean, repeatable steps.
• Evaluate and manage the ecosystem of no-code platforms, generative AI interfaces, and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or growth operations handling high-volume pipelines.
• Proven capability to independently build and deploy complex workflow automations using n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and structuring workflows using OpenAI and Claude.
• Track record of re-engineering unorganized manual workflows into streamlined processes.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Must be based in Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring user journeys within Lovable, Typeform, and ManyChat frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools for video generation, image manipulation, or audio workflows.
• Knowledge of automated CRM workflows and behavioral triggers.
