What you will do
- Lead the U.S.-based Benefits & Mobility COE, overseeing the design and administration of health, welfare, retirement, and mobility programs.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including enrollments, plan changes, audits, and employee escalations.
- Maintain global visibility of benefit frameworks in China, Belgium, and Ireland in partnership with local HR teams.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Workday Benefits module, driving system enhancements and automation.
- Manage strategic relationships with vendors, leading RFPs, renewals, and service performance management.
- Ensure full compliance with U.S. regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree or certifications like CEBS, CCP, GMS, SHRM preferred).
- 9–12 years of progressive experience in U.S. benefits and global mobility.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and global mobility practices, including immigration and tax considerations.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in benefits administration and program delivery.
- Strong financial, vendor management, and governance capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
