Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 base

What you will do
- Own and evolve core people programs across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, performance, and retention
- Build scalable processes that bring consistency and flexibility to a growing organization
- Partner with leaders on talent planning, internal mobility, and development pathways
- Equip managers with necessary tools, resources, and guidance to lead effectively
- Track key metrics such as engagement and retention to deliver insights to executives
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Program Management
- Experience working in a mid-sized or high-growth company (100–500 employees)
- Demonstrated ability to both design and execute programs from scratch
- Strong project management and prioritization skills in fast-moving environments
- Must be based in or able to relocate to El Segundo, CA for onsite work
