What you will do

  • Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of the recruiting tech stack, including Ashby and downstream systems.
  • Design and implement process improvements to reduce recruiter friction and scale hiring velocity.
  • Partner with the Analytics team to interpret recruiting data and translate insights into actionable pipeline and capacity recommendations.
  • Manage core operational workflows, including requisition management and troubleshooting candidate communications.
  • Identify and deploy AI-powered solutions to automate repetitive tasks and enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Coordinate with Finance, People Operations, and IT on headcount planning and system integrations.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR technology, or business systems administration.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with modern ATS platforms, with Ashby strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automation using AI/ML tooling.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Systems thinking orientation to map dependencies across tools, teams, and processes.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills for partnering with Finance, Engineering, and IT stakeholders.
