What you will do

• Own the configuration, optimization, and management of the LMS and learning technology stack, including system integrations and workflow logic.
• Design and own the core measurement framework and develop reporting dashboards for leadership and business stakeholders.
• Design and continuously improve core operational processes including scheduling, enrollment, and logistics.
• Manage key vendor and content partner relationships, overseeing contracts, renewals, and performance.
• Collaborate with IT and HRIS to ensure platform security, performance, and integration health.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in L&D operations, HR technology, or learning analytics.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
• Deep hands-on experience with enterprise LMS configuration and optimization.
• Demonstrated experience designing learning measurement frameworks and working with data/BI tools.
• Strong systems thinking and AI fluency for optimizing operational workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a high-growth technology company.
• Familiarity with HRIS integrations and SSO infrastructure.
