Location: Remote (Global). Working hours: Must be available 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive business and technical analysis for Innovation Lab products, including fusionCore and various accelerators.
• Translate approved product direction into clear functional and technical requirements by analyzing customer workflows and system behavior.
• Own product support inquiries, performing root-cause analysis across configurations and data to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration notes, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
• Collaborate with Architects and Engineering teams to validate solution feasibility and dependencies.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams and customers on product functionality and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA within SaaS, consulting, or enterprise technology.
• 3+ years of experience supporting technology or platform implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, specifically with Flows, Permission Sets, and Data Modeling.
• Deep understanding of Agile SDLC using Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to perform gap analysis between out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality and custom requirements.
• Time zone alignment: Ability to work from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST.

Nice to have

• Experience with finance, accounting, or association-management technology.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, BA, Platform App Builder).
• Experience building wireframes or familiarity with the Salesforce Security Review process.
