What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Define and manage project scope to prioritize critical features delivery.
• Facilitate communication between clients and development teams to ensure clear understanding of needs.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Validate delivered solutions through acceptance testing to meet agreed requirements.
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
• Excellent English language skills (minimum B2 level).
• Proven experience with web platform development, user-centric design, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with CRM integrations and requirement documentation.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus.
