What you will do
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
- Define and manage project scope to prioritize critical features delivery.
- Facilitate communication between clients and development teams to ensure clear understanding of needs.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Validate delivered solutions through acceptance testing to meet agreed requirements.
- Identify process gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
- Excellent English language skills (minimum B2 level).
- Proven experience with web platform development, user-centric design, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with CRM integrations and requirement documentation.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus.
